We offer free shipping on every US order over $62.5 For orders under $62.5, we offer USPS First Class & Priority mail which will be calculated at checkout. We also ship internationally via DHL.
If the Performance Backpack 3.0 isn't the right size or style for you, just ship it back to us and we'll pay for the shipping back to you. For returns, we do not cover shipping back to our warehouse.
Warranty
At Intayrnet, we are committed to delivering top-quality gear designed to withstand the toughest training sessions. We stand behind our products and offer warranties on select items to protect against manufacturing defects such as broken stitching, faulty hardware, material flaws, miscalibration or other issues found upon delivery or initial use.
What’s Covered:
We offer warranties on our performance gear, including weightlifting belts, knee sleeves, & bags. These cover manufacturing defects only:
Lifetime Warranty:
- Velcro Weightlifting Belts
- Premium Lever Belts
1-Year Warranty:
- Knee Sleeves
- Wrist Wraps
- Backpacks
- Duffels
- Gear Pouch
What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or regular use, including:
- Fraying or abrasions from regular use
- Natural deterioration of Velcro or elastic
- Fading from exposure to sweat, sunlight, or washing
Additionally, apparel items, weightlifting tape, and other accessories are not covered under our warranty. For sizing exchanges, please visit intayrnet.com/returns.
** Manufacturing defects are issues present from the time the product is made and impact its functionality or integrity.
Normal wear and tear results from the expected, gradual degradation that occurs with regular use and aging of the product.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact us at [email protected] with your order # and necessary photos. Each claim will be reviewed individually, and we will determine eligibility for replacement or discounts on a case by case basis. Please ensure that your product was purchased directly from Intayrnet or an authorized retailer.

Performance Backpack 3.0
The first bag I purchased lasted me awhile! Then the zipper by the shoes pocket broke, so I got the purple one. That zipper broke within the week so I got one more and that zipper has broken too. It’s a good shaped bag for weightlifting but it’s permanently open
Bought this as a bday present to myself to finally organize my gym stuff instead of throwing it into a giant beach bag. Great light weight bag. Lots of pockets for storage. My weight belt is a bit small so it’s a bit hard to wrap it around the bag per its design but it’s still holds. Love the bag. Husband is jealous and now I might have to get him one!
